Took ten minutes to find the fuel door. Seemed there were brake issues, and the tires needed filled with air as the display popped up. A credit would be appreciated.
Usually a good experience. this time car smelled like cigarette smoke. Hate that. A long ride is ten times longer without a/c.
While the staff was friendly the company leaves a lot to be desired. They told me their computer system was connext to the airport system. A simple change and early drop off was exceedingly difficult.
This is the third time having a rental from here in a year. Great people!
We booked a mini van few months early for our June vacation which saved us money. Pick up was easy. Took less than 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drop off was easy also. We dropped off after hours and a receipt was emailed to me the next day. No surprise cost.
