I recently relocated to the United States after living abroad in Africa for 9 years. I needed my annual eye exam and a friend mentioned "Your Family Eye Doctors" to me. African Eye Doctors aren't even really doctors at all, so I was refreshed and relieved in the professionalism displayed by all staff members. Dr. Campana was especially great during my exam. He listened to my questions and concerns, and was very warm and friendly. After my exam I picked out a few new frames and was on my way. 5 Stars, will be back for sure!
I was pleased at the ease of making an appointment online via their contact form. Someone got back to me the same day (unheard of these days!) and gave me several options of appointments that would fit my schedule. I was able to email my insurance information ahead of time to streamline my visit. It was so much easier than calling around from place to place trying to pin down an opening.

The staff was nice and check-in was easy. My eye exam + being fitted for frames was all done within an hour. I especially enjoyed that the doctor (Dr. Ron) took time to discuss with me my results and address any concerns I had. I also really appreciated not being pressured into more expensive frames, which I've experienced at other eye centers. The selection was better than other places I have been to as well. I get compliments every time I wear them, and people are usually shocked at the fair price I paid for them. A+ job, I won't be going to any other practices anytime soon.
I've never left a review before, but I was shocked to read some of the other reviews on here! I have been going to Your Family Eye Doctor for 2 years now. The office is always very clean and tidy, and the staff is always very nice and accommodating! I've never experienced the issues others have with wait times or misinformation. They have always called to clarify any information necessary, received my orders in a timely fashion, and even helped fulfill online orders for contacts from another company. I will be a patient for life if they continue such great service!
