The stylists at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a haircut and received a beautiful style,and eyebrow wax. 10/10 will definitely go back!

My experience at this salon was terrible- TERRIBLE!!! First off, I called ahead made an appointment on a Saturday and when I showed up they said they had no appointments! So, I wasted my time. Then, I made an appointment for the Sunday and when I walked in and was given a consultation with a so-called stylist, she was rude, inexperienced and incapable of listening, focusing and paying attention to what I was requesting in a hair cut. She never even touched my hair!!! She stood with her arms crossed unable to give me any of her time or focus. She was rude and very unknowledgeable. The other stylist that was there was also unfriendly and not quality. The receptionist that was there was so dirty and had greasy hair!! The salon itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 1999~! They do not know anything about client appreciation or customer care! They just want to go at it with scissors and quickly get you out the door. The stylist they gave me didn't look like she had even combed her hair that day. She was disgusting!! I will never go there again. Not only that but they were rude and ignorant towards me when I asked the woman to explain to me that she knew what i was looking for- since it was obvious she didn't! RACIST- people. DONT GO THERE> They are awful.
Marie Constable is joke. Don't listen to her review- she posts ONLY one star reviews for every place she goes to and reviews on google. Regis Salon is the only place I'll go to get my hair done. I've been going their for 17 years now and have rotated through every stylist there have loved every experience. Very friendly staff and clean environment. I've always just called the day of to get an appointment and have no difficulty ever getting the appointment time I want. Me and my two sisters and my mother all go here and would not choose anywhere else.
