I'D GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AVAILABLE! Toyota has been advertising like CRAZY for their current sales. I was interested in purchasing a Rav-4. I stopped by this dealership today (05/18) shortly before 5:00PM. I walked through the lot looking at vehicles for about 10 minutes. I then entered the showroom to obtain some help. There was not ONE person anywhere in the showroom -- no greeter, no salespersons, NO ONE. I yelled out "Hello!" several times with no response. I strolled through their showroom, examining all the vehicles on display (about 10-15 minutes), and still didn't come into contact with a human being. I then left the showroom, and spent at least 15 minutes wandering the lot looking at vehicles, and STILL was never approached by a salesperson. I don't believe there's any excuse for this, especially in a service-driven business. I guess Bob Massie doesn't need any more sales. I can only imagine what the customer service would be like if you were one of the chosen few to ever rate the privilege of them selling you a vehicle. NO THANK YOU, I'll take my business elsewhere!

Five stars for Chuck in sales! But, the service department here is awful. They are not very respectful, not willing to do any diagnosis on issues, and lied to the sales manager about attempting to diagnose a problem.
Gary is very helpful and I greatly appreciated his every effort in helping me to get what I needed done with my vehicle. Bob Massie Jr., please don't ever let Gary go, he is a great person and so are some other there, as well as Kim too. I feel Gary deserves a raise! He was kind and just great when I needed the help. Thank you!!!
We drove from over an hour away after dealing with Chuck over the phone. We figured everything over the phone since he knew we were driving from further away. Chuck was great to deal with and made it an easy process.
Have given them several opportunities to service our vehicle, and we're disappointed every time.
